In the spirit of good old bayanihan, the City of Koronadal will bring its services to every barangay starting February of this year through an activity dubbed as “Programang Bayanihan para sa Mamamayan”.As explained by the City Mayor Peter B. KORONADAL CITY HALL IS SMOKE-FREE
